  • Accounting drives our competitive pricing models, manages our internal cost controls, and innovates for customizable invoicing to meet unique client needs.
  • Human Resources recruits talent with the technical and people skills that are ideally suited to meet the needs of each brand’s clients.  Then HR ensures that our training standards are met consistently. Finally, to sustain our excellent track record on low turnover, HR provides expert benefits management and oversees our work environment.
  • Technical Services develops proprietary data systems that define our quality standards and enforce these consistently throughout the daily workflows. This division is constantly innovating to bring online new levels of automation for both internal processes and client business. The increased productivity drives down our costs and strengthens our competitive pricing.
  • The Legal Department implements our corporate goal of achieving contracts that are designed to build sustainable long-term client relationships. To do so, they ensure clear expectations from the start of our client relationships.
  • Marketing builds brand awareness in print and on the Web, ensuring that our competitive distinctions are communicated clearly. In many ways, this is our first step toward long-lasting business partnerships by helping new clients and potential clients understand the values that set our brands apart.
