Foxx Construction is a longtime provider of Construction Services and Facility Management services.

Our Construction Services Group maintains the staff and expertise to handle all phases of the construction planning and execution processes, from pre-design to start-up and turnover. Our experience includes projects with capital budgets in excess of $200 million. We have developed unique, specialized approaches for small projects, in the range of $1 million to $20 million.

Our Facility Management Group uses technologies and skill sets to drive down the cost per square foot of maintaining your facilities and equipment.

Construction Services

We have over 20 years experience providing Construction Services. We have co-managed the construction of some of the most significant facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our portfolio includes Shoemaker Center at the University of Cincinnati, all of Procter & Gamble's major facilities in the past 10 years, the Cincinnati Reds' Great American Ball Park, the Glassbowl Stadium in Toledo, Ohio and co-managed the construction of Duke Energy Center, the Greater Cincinnati convention center expansion, as well as a variety of other projects.

We are currently serving as Lead Construction Manager of the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Liberty Township, Ohio and well as Associate Construction Manager of the Health Alliance's Lindner Center of H.O.P.E. in Warren County, Ohio.

Facility Management

We provide Facility Management services for area hospitals and office buildings. These services include maintaining mechanical and plumbing systems, resolving building-related tenant issues, and coordinating construction of building modifications. Detailed planning and flawless execution are critical to minimizing each project's impact on the work environment.
